group programs

Since connection provides both interaction and support, we offer our clients group programs to provide opportunities for clients to learn from each other in a safe and open space. These groups are dedicated to the healing journey of each client and is facilitated by a licensed or supervised counselor.

Thrive Program

Our team at Solstice Point Counseling is providing our Adolescent population with a two-hour process and psychoeducational group to address self-esteem challenges, confidence struggles, and self-image and body image concerns.

By incorporating process with psychoeducation material to educate and boost positive thoughts clients they will begin to see changes in how they perceive themselves and their relationship to food. Our group has been designed with a collaboration of material from a therapeutic and nutritional approach. The group sessions are co-led by a clinical therapist and a registered dietitian simultaneously providing clients with abundant support.

Dine Program

“All Foods Fit” is the core of our Dine program philosophy.

We believe our clients deserve a relationship with food where they can thrive both physically and mentally. Dine meal support programs were designed to help clients be successful at meal times. Dine meal support can help navigate the meal time stressors and provide personalized coaching to reduce the anxiety around the table. All of our Dine meal supports are done through a virtual format and is offered to both adolescents and college age adults.

Nourish Workshops

We believe our clients deserve to move past just managing life and move into a place of empowerment. Nourish workshops were designed to help clients practice living our their values and goals in a supportive environment.

Boost Groups
