Tired of being tired? Anxiety takes a toll on all of us in different ways. Our Yoga for anxiety course is designed to help us learn how to integrate body movement and breath work into our daily routines so that we can reduce the symptoms of anxiety. Come join Kierstin on a journey towards an intuitive management of stress.
