Having a hard time in school? Do you have a hard time balancing school, work, friends, and family? Do you feel like you spend more time thinking about what to say than actually saying it? Anxiety takes a toll on all of us in different ways. Our Yoga for anxiety course is designed to help us learn how to integrate body movement and breathwork into our daily routines so that we can reduce the symptoms of anxiety. Come join Kierstin on a journey towards an intuitive management of stress.
