DBT Skills Training for College Students & Young Adults (18-26)

Skills training focuses on learning new skills to manage intense emotions, relationships and unwanted life events.
DBT Skills are covered in 3 8-week modules to cover Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotional Regulation. Mindfulness and one other topic is covered each module.

Beginning group at beginning of a module is recommended.
Consultation with Amy Powell Jamieson, LPC is required to begin group. Each group member is required to be in individual therapy.
